Cutting the Ties that Bind was introduced by a woman named Phyllis Krystal who is a Psychotherapist. She was born in 1941 in England and now lives in Germany. For over 45 years, she has been developing a healing method using symbols, reverie and visualization techniques which help people to detach from external authority figures and patterns in their life. We can each rely on our own Higher Consciousness or Higher Self as a guide and teacher.

The Cutting the Ties that bind sessions are unique in that it takes 2-3 weeks to prepare for the actual session. The preparation is only 2 minutes twice a day using visualization. After the preparation is complete, the client comes in for the actual Cutting the Ties Session, which is about 45 minutes long.

When participating in a "group" session, it is not necessary to utilize the 2-3 week advanced preparation time. The "ties" can be cut in the single session due to the energy of the group. This process can allow a person to move through attachments more quickly. A minimum of 3 people is required to have a group session.

What is this method about and why would you choose to do this?
